Harrowing

The rusty and near obsolete harrow, once used to till the soil, has become bent and battered through the process of use and decay. This offers a metaphor for identity through our relationship with memory as it too becomes unreliable and fractured and, although still bearing a resemblance to its former self, becomes fragile and incomplete.
